Warranty Policy
1. Warranty Period
We stand behind every Razeon electric scooter purchased through razeon.com. This Limited Warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects for 1 year from the original date of purchase.
2. Warranty Coverage
The Razeon Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that occur under normal and intended use during the warranty period.
Covered components include:
- Battery
- Motor
- Controller
Other non-consumable components may also be eligible for warranty support, subject to inspection and confirmation by Razeon.
3. Consumable and Wear Parts
Consumable parts and components subject to normal wear and tear are generally not covered by this Limited Warranty. Their service life may vary depending on riding conditions, usage frequency, maintenance, rider weight, terrain, and other factors.
These parts may include, but are not limited to:
- Tires and inner tubes
- Brake pads and brake discs
- Grips
- Bearings
- Cables
- Fenders
Normal cosmetic wear, including scratches and fading, is also not covered.
If a consumable or wear part is found to have a manufacturing defect rather than damage caused by normal use, it may be eligible for warranty support, subject to Razeon's review.
4. What Is Not Covered
The Razeon Limited Warranty does not cover damage or product failure resulting from:
- Accidents or External Damage: Crashes, falls, collisions, impacts, improper transportation, handling, or storage.
- Water or Environmental Damage: Water intrusion, corrosion, extreme temperatures, excessive humidity, chemicals, salt, or use beyond the product's specified operating conditions.
- Misuse or Overloading: Improper use, abuse, stunts, racing, commercial use, exceeding the maximum load capacity, or failure to follow the User Manual and safety instructions.
- Improper Modifications or Repairs: Damage directly caused by improper modification, disassembly, repair, servicing, software or firmware changes, or installation of incompatible parts.
- Improper Charging or Maintenance: Damage caused by incompatible chargers, improper charging methods, neglect, or failure to perform appropriate maintenance.
The warranty also does not cover lost or stolen products or products with removed or altered serial numbers.
These exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
