Shipping Methods

For scooter shipments, we mainly use FedEx Ground.

For accessories and parts, we typically ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or YunExpress, depending on the destination and package.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the shipping date, tracking number, and a link to the carrier's tracking page.

Shipping From

Orders are shipped from our local U.S. warehouses.

Shipping To

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states).

Please note: We cannot ship directly to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Order & Delivery Support

1.Can I change my shipping address?

If you need to change the address, please contact us in time, we can modify the order for you before the order is shipped. If you do not change your address in a timely manner, any risk arising from the incorrect address is at your own risk. Please be sure to double-check your shipping address when placing your order.

2.How can I track my order?

You'll receive a notification with a tracking number that will be sent to your e-mail box after your order is shipped out. It can take a few days after order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.

3.What should I do if I don't receive my order?

If you haven't received your package within the standard delivery times, or the package has been received by a stranger. Please contact our service team for assistance in 3 business days. We will assist you in providing logistic vouchers to the logistics company.
